Murano Glass Vase

Inspired by the visual language of celestial maps, this Murano glass vase interprets Dolce&Gabbana Casa Zodiaco Collection, translating the rhythm of days, seasons and natural cycles into a refined composition of signs and proportions, where design, culture and time come together in harmonious balance.

Crafted using the ancient incalmo technique, this Murano glass vase combines transparent and air-force blue glass in an elegant interplay of colour and transparency. Created through the hot joining of distinct glass elements, perfectly connected along a clean and regular seam, this refined technique enhances the purity of the form and the richness of its chromatic depth.
The decoration, hand-painted freehand in platinum, reinterprets the zodiac through a refined graphic language that enriches the surface with precious details; the Dolce&Gabbana signature, an integral part of the decoration, completes its aesthetic. Part of a numbered edition, each vase stands out as an exclusive and one-of-a-kind creation.
A sophisticated décor piece, each vase is a true work of art, expressing the excellence of Italian craftsmanship and the mastery of Murano glassmakers. Entirely handcrafted without the use of molds, each piece is unique and may present slight variations in size, highlighting its distinctive character.
