The SpidoSpeed series has drawn its inspiration from the worlds of skiing and racing, where the need to balance lightness with functionality is crucial to success. SpidoSpeeds have pursued this notion holistically, striking a balance between the functionality of a chronograph with the lightness offered by skeletonising the case to maintain strength while stripping excess material.

The SpidoSpeed x TBlack is part of the Monochrome series in collaboration with TBlack, bespoke watch specialists. The Monochrome series is a dramatic yet familiar reimagining of two iconic Linde Werdelin pieces, in a limited run of only ten pieces each. From disassembly to reassembly, approximately 125 hours of work has been carried out to transform Linde Werdelin’s Spido pieces into the Linde Werdelin x TBlack Monochrome series.

True aesthetes, TBlack transformed the SpidoSpeed model to reveal the timepiece’s original finish, showcasing a beauty in simplicity. The resulting piece bears the characteristic refinement of TBlack but remains true to the carefully-crafted Linde Werdelin design DNA.
